Today we went outside with our buckets to collect lots of beautiful leaves. We looked closely at all the different colours and shapes—there were so many to explore!

Afterwards, we brought the leaves inside for some exciting activities. We filled a big tray and everyone did an amazing job using the scissor scoops to pick up the leaves. It was a great way to practice our fine motor skills while having fun!

In nursery we explored the beauty of autumn through art! We used the leaves we collected to make leaf rubbings. It was a little tricky to hold the crayon on its side, but you all worked so hard and created amazing patterns! Next, we painted over the leaves using lovely autumn colours like red, orange, yellow, and brown. The results were beautiful and full of seasonal charm!

It was a great chance to enjoy the fresh air, have fun together, and keep learning about the beautiful changes that happen in autumn, what wonderful little explorers!
